Yes. We are a fully licensed and insured General Contractor. We also require our crews to be insured. You may request a copy of our documentation at any time during the process of working with us.

Storm Heroes LLC provides a workmanship warranty. We also follow manufacturer requirements to ensure you qualify for material warranties. As an Owens Corning preferred contractor we are able to offer extended warranties on their products. All other product warranties vary and will be provided.

When it comes to dealing with property insurance claims it varies completely based on how much damage you have, how quickly your insurance company makes decisions and responds, how many work trades you will be doing, the weather, how many times we need to get together for gathering information, and many other variables. We have seen claims get completed within a few months all the way up to 2 years. At Storm Heroes we are constantly striving to better streamline the process. We are patient, and we are tenacious. And we stay by your side the entire time.

At Storm Heroes we operate with full integrity, and while we would love to help every one of our clients in any way, we would also like to keep our business running. Contractors covering deductibles on insurance claims is fraud. For you and for us. At Storm Heroes we put great effort into making sure absolutely all damage is found and covered in one claim. We also offer financing if needed.

Tom grew up in south central Minnesota. Kaley and Kane both grew up in Southern Iowa. We have lived in many places and traveled a lot together in this business. Storm Heroes LLC is out of Iowa where our current home base is. We have family and friends in the entire Midwest, Hawaii, Montana, Florida and more. As long as our license and insurance allows it, we are willing to help you all!
We have some crews that live in the area that we have them working, and some that travel with us.
